Three New Songs this Spring

Hello hello,

We just wanted to share the excitement!
We have three new songs filtering through the pre-production phase of our little song writing operation here in Red Deer, Alberta. We have spoken with Mark Troyer Music (Calgary) and we are booked to record three songs this May!!

So why the dig deal? Well we are just happy to be on track with our recording agenda. Austin has finished a second draft of the lyrics for all three songs and Dan and Peter are tracking their parts this weekend. We will have our first pre-production mix in our hand by next week!!
EXCITING!!
That means we will have a month and a half to finalize each song and they will have an chance of making the cut for our May recording session. After our date in May we will have completed 7 new songs towards our second independent album release: Good Morning Midnight (GMM)

So what is next on the Union Soundtrack agenda?

We are talking about home recording some b-sides (songs that did not make the GMM album) and releasing them at shows once the album is complete. We have a large selection of great music on the cutting room floor that did not make the final cut but we feel they deserve to be heard. So stay tuned for more on that later on!
